Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Senior Regional VP, Training & Development to lead a comprehensive enterprise-wide training strategy for Autism Services. You will own the vision, roadmap, and operating model for training and professional development across clinical, operational, and support staff, ensuring scalable, outcome-driven programs.

The role requires a master’s degree, BCBA/BCBA-D or licensed therapy credentials, and 15+ years in learning and development with at least 7

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in organizational development, education, psychology, business, healthcare administration, instructional design, or a related field.
• BCBA/BCBA-D or licensed OT/SLP/PT; professional certifications in learning, development, or organizational effectiveness preferred.
• Minimum of fifteen years in learning and development with eight years in leadership; experience leading enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to design governance and standards for learning across multiple regions or departments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads a long-term learning and development strategy for Autism Services.
• Establishes a service line-wide framework for talent pipelines and leadership development.
• Builds and scales a high-performing learning organization with clear accountability.
• Evaluates learning technologies, curricula, and delivery methods for scale and impact.
• Partners with enterprise leaders to align priorities and ensure adoption of standards.
