Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. is seeking a Senior Regional VP, Training & Development to lead a comprehensive enterprise-wide strategy for Autism Services.

The role drives onboarding, professional development, and leadership readiness, aligning curricula with service excellence and workforce capability. The SRVP will oversee governance of curricula, measurements of learning outcomes, and the adoption of scalable training platforms, ensuring high-quality, person-centered service delivery

Qualifications

15+ years in learning and development or related field
7+ years in leadership roles overseeing senior leaders
Experience designing and governing learning systems across onboarding and leadership development
Experience implementing standards for learning design and delivery across regions

Responsibilities

Develops a long-term learning strategy for Autism Services aligned with growth
Establishes a framework differentiating onboarding from leadership development
Leads a high-performing learning organization with clear accountability
Governs standards for curricula, materials, and learning pathways across roles and regions
Evaluates learning technologies and infrastructure to enhance scale and accessibility
