Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a Senior Regional VP, Training & Development to lead the strategy for Autism Services. You will own the vision, roadmap, and operating model for training across clinical, operational, and support staff to ensure scalable, high-quality learning across the enterprise.

This role requires a deep background in L&D with leadership experience, mastery of learning systems, and strong stakeholder engagement to advance workforce capability and person-centered services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in learning and development with enterprise scope.
• 7+ years in leadership roles overseeing senior teams.
• Experience designing and governing learning systems across onboarding and leadership development.
• Ability to establish standards for learning design across departments and regions.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads a long-term learning & development strategy for Autism Services.
• Builds a scalable learning organization with strong succession planning.
• Defines standards for learning design, delivery, and reinforcement.
• Evaluates learning technologies and infrastructure to support scale.
• Measures learning effectiveness using performance data and assessments.
