Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a Senior Regional VP, Training & Development to lead a comprehensive learning strategy for Autism Services. You will own the vision, roadmap, and operating model for training across clinical, operational, and support staff, ensuring scalable, cohesive programs aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in organizational development, education, psychology, business, healthcare administration, instructional design, behavior analysis, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D), or licensed Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist.
• Professional certifications related to learning, development, or organizational effectiveness strongly preferred, such as OBM, LXD/LX, ATD, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads a long-term learning and development strategy for Autism Services across onboarding, ongoing learning, and leadership development.
• Establishes a service line–wide framework differentiating readiness training from leadership development.
• Builds and scales a high-performing learning organization across departments and regions.
• Governs standards for learning design, curricula, and pathways aligned to enterprise standards.
• Evaluates and advances learning technologies and infrastructure (LMS, digital tools).
• Defines a framework for measuring learning quality and effectiveness with assessments and data.
