Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Senior Regional VP (SRVP), Training & Development, to lead enterprise-wide learning for Autism Services. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and governance for onboarding, professional development, and leadership programs across clinical, operational, and support staff.

The role requires 15+ years in L&D, 7+ years in senior leadership, and expertise in instructional design, LMS governance, and scalable curricula to improve outcomes and staff capability

Qualifications

15+ years in learning and development, workforce development, or related field, with leadership of large-scale initiatives.
7+ years in leadership roles, overseeing managers or senior leaders and translating strategy into outcomes.
Experience designing and governing learning systems across onboarding, ongoing training, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

Develops and leads a long-term learning and development strategy for Autism Services, aligning onboarding and ongoing learning with service line priorities.
Establishes a framework differentiating onboarding from leadership development, building readiness for advancement.
Leads a learning organization with clear structure, accountability, and cascading execution across regions.
