Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the market.

You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build strong relationships with key influencers. Responsibilities include generating leads, defining sales territories, managing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions via face-to-face, phone, or email communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience acceptable for US/E5 or Canadian ranks as stated.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plans and develop the sales plan with cross-functional alignment.
• Develop forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Utilize market intelligence to shape sales plans and analyze data for decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals and compliance.
