Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to mid-size customers and manage distribution within the region. You will lead the development of accounts, define sales territories, and deliver plans across marketing and production to drive volume, value and customer success.

You’ll build strong relationships with key influencers, coordinate with functions, and leverage tools like CRM and market intelligence to win new opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop plan aligned to marketing with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
