Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to expand the regional account portfolio, define sales territories, and deliver technical solutions to customers through various channels.

You will build strong customer relationships, lead price negotiations, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to align forecasts and pricing with business goals. Strong commercial acumen and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence and analyze data to guide product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
