Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution, build key relationships, and generate leads while coordinating with production and supply chain to forecast demand.

Responsibilities include defining sales territories, executing plans, and negotiating pricing strategies aligned with business goals. Requires 3+ years of sales experience and US work authorization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience (US E5 or Canadian)8.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels in the organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
