Job summary

Vidalta Residential is seeking a Senior Regional Manager to lead a large, multi-property portfolio with emphasis on operational and financial performance. You will drive NOI, optimize occupancy, and mentor onsite leaders while ensuring compliance and exceptional resident service.

Located in the United States, the role requires strategic oversight, budgeting discipline, and the ability to travel within the region to sustain asset value and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Management of 10-15 communities.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered.
• CPM, CAPS certifications preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience as Regional Supervisor and management experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Achieve and comply with Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Being bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategically oversee and optimize the operational and financial performance of an assigned portfolio, maintaining market knowledge.
• Lead initiatives to maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) and enhance long-term asset value.
• Recruit, hire, train, and continuously mentor onsite leadership (Community Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing Managers, Service Managers).
• Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching to build, motivate, and retain exceptional talent.
• Develop and oversee the execution of annual operating budgets, marketing plans, and leasing strategies for each property.
• Maintain fiscal accountability by analyzing financial statements, managing budget variances, and approving major expenditures.
• Ensure performance aligns with budgeted expectations and meets or exceeds market performance.
• Establish and uphold high operational standards, ensuring meticulous upkeep, resident satisfaction, and efficient service delivery.
• Guarantee strict compliance with all company policies, federal, state, and local laws (including Fair Housing and OSHA).
• Oversee and guide onsite teams in the proper response and handling of all property and resident emergencies, ensuring safety protocols and minimizing liabilities.
• Diligently lead the team to exceed established KPIs, reviewed quarterly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, onsite teams, and third-party vendors.
• Serve as an ambassador for Vidalta Residential's core values, fostering a culture of high performance, growth mindset, service excellence, teamwork, and integrity.
