Maxus Properties LLC seeks a Senior Regional Manager to own the operating and financial performance of a multi-state portfolio, develop 2–3 Associate Regional Managers, and drive NOI, occupancy, resident experience and asset value.

You will partner with owners and investment partners, lead acquisitions and takeovers, oversee third-party managers, and drive capital projects across markets while ensuring compliance and staff development.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of multifamily management experience.
• 4+ years in a regional role overseeing 2,500+ units across multiple markets.
• Proficiency with RealPage OneSite and advanced Excel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight.

• Coach and develop Associate Regional Managers and Community Managers; drive KPI performance.
• Own NOI and budget-to-actual results; prepare operating and capital budgets for review.
• Oversee owner reporting and manage third-party asset-management relationships.
• Lead acquisitions takeovers and capital projects across markets while ensuring compliance.
