Job summary

Sunrise Management & Consulting is seeking a Regional Manager to drive operational and financial performance across its apartment community portfolio. You will own site budgets, oversee property managers, manage staffing and labor costs, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to translate company initiatives into on-site execution while traveling between properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years in a multi-site or supervisory capacity.
• Experience owning property-level budgets and NOI performance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and housing regulations.
• Experience with capital planning and asset condition assessments.
• Experience developing emergency preparedness and incident response plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Travel frequently between properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio operations and ensure consistency and quality across sites.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and site-level spending.
• Lead and develop Property Managers and staff across sites.
• Drive resident relations and handle escalated issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and health and safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to leadership.
• Coordinate leasing strategy and renewals with site teams.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and capital inspections.
