Sunrise Management, a well-established property management firm in the United States, seeks a Regional Real Estate Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational and financial success across multiple properties. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to balance day-to-day operations and long-term real estate investment objectives.

California real estate license is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5) years of related multifamily property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, analyze financial performance, and make sound business decisions.
• Active California Real Estate License is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of multiple properties, ensuring performance aligns with company standards, client expectations, and investment objectives.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision to on-site teams, Property Managers, and Property Administrators, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Partner with Human Resources on interviewing, hiring, training, and employee development; assign and direct work, evaluate performance, and address concerns.
• Maintain proactive, effective communication with regional leadership, existing clients, and prospective clients to build strong partnerships and deliver exceptional service.
• Maximize property income, control operating expenses, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and overall portfolio performance.
• Prepare property budgets, conduct monthly financial analyses, monitor results, and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to support occupancy goals and maximize investment potential.
• Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and promote best practices that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
