Sunrise Management is seeking a Regional Real Estate Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, lead on-site and regional teams, and drive financial and operational success. This role emphasizes strong leadership, client relations, and strategic growth across multiple assets.

The ideal candidate brings extensive multifamily property management experience, excels in communication and problem-solving, and can balance day-to-day operations with long-term investment objectives.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of five (5) years of related multifamily property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, analyze financial performance, and make sound business decisions.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the operations of multiple properties, ensuring performance aligns with company standards, client expectations, and investment objectives.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision to on-site teams, Property Managers, and Property Administrators, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Partner with the Human Resources team on interviewing, hiring, training, and employee development; assign and direct work and evaluate performance.
• Maintain proactive communication with regional leadership, existing clients, and prospective clients to build partnerships and deliver service.
• Maximize property income, control operating expenses, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and portfolio performance.
• Prepare property budgets, conduct monthly financial analyses, monitor results, and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to support occupancy goals and maximize investment potential.
• Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and promote best practices to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
