Job summary

Arizona State University (ASU) EdPlus is seeking a Regional Partnership Senior in California to manage partnerships with California Community Colleges in the Central Valley, focusing on transfer pathways, onboarding, and enrollment workflows.

This is a systems-oriented role, not sales. Frequent travel and strong relationship management are required to drive enrollment outcomes. Residency in the Central Valley preferred; some travel to Phoenix for training may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with transfer articulation, advising, or enrollment operations.
• Experience with student recruitment, enrollment, and/or admissions.
• Familiarity with California Community College structures and districts.
• Proven ability to manage scalable partnership or program models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of California Community Colleges with stakeholders across advising, enrollment, articulation, marketing, and analytics.
• Lead college onboarding into ASU’s transfer partnership model and maintain consistent cadence and communication.
• Counsel prospective transfer students on ASU Online programs, admissions, transfer credits, and timelines.
• Support Local Transfer Ambassadors and embedded ASU Local staff; surface friction points and coordinate with central teams.
• Track partnership health, prepare executive reports, and contribute ideas to strategic direction.
