Job summary

Odeko seeks a high‑impact Regional Operations leader to drive performance across a region of small‑to‑medium warehouse/delivery centers. You will lead Site General Managers and site leads, delivering on time, in full, and with safety and quality at the forefront.

Responsibilities include owning the regional P&L, budgeting, labor planning, and process standardization. Travel ~40% to stay hands‑on and mentor teams across facilities.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of operations management in warehousing, distribution, or last‑mile delivery, with foodservice/perishables preferred.
• Proven multi‑site leadership across a portfolio of small‑ to‑medium facilities.
• Strong knowledge of fleet, transportation, and driver safety; DOT compliance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across multiple sites, coaching Site GMs and site leads.
• Own full regional P&L and annual budgeting, delivering EBITDA targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance region‑wide (OSHA, HACCP, DOT).
• Partner with Ops Ex, Supply Chain, and Technology to scale processes and reporting.
