Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for 4-wall warehouse leadership across a multi-site region. The role centers on end-to-end warehouse management, automation deployment, and driving KPI-based improvements in high-volume facilities.

You will lead Site Leaders, implement SOPs, manage labor optimization, and ensure safety and cost efficiency while delivering strong partner satisfaction and operational profitability. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center operations with multi-site responsibility.
• Proven experience managing full-service (4-wall) warehouse operations, not limited to transportation or logistics coordination.
• Direct operational leadership experience in automated distribution or fulfillment environments with warehouse automation technologies (conveyor/sortation, AS/RS, goods-to-person, robotics/AMRs).
• Demonstrated success leading large teams (100+ indirect reports across multiple sites).
• Experience owning P&L or cost center performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive full ownership of 4-wall warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
• Maximize operational efficiency using defined KPIs (e.g., productivity and throughput).
• Lead and optimize automated warehouse operations, including automation technologies and related WMS/WCS/WES solutions.
• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy, quality control, and operational discipline across all facilities.
• Lead regional leaders and site staff, develop SOPs, and optimize labor planning and staffing models.
• Manage regional P&L and cost control targets, including labor and operating costs.
• Plan and execute strategies to achieve budgeted sales, pricing, and gross margin objectives.
