Job summary

Odeko in Denver is seeking a Site Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage P&L, and deliver outstanding service. You will lead a diverse team, implement SOPs, coordinate picking, packing, routing, and dispatching, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

As a hands-on leader, you will mentor staff, uphold safety standards, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize supply chain, costs, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic technical skills and the ability to learn the Odeko technology platform.
• Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs. numerous times in a shift.
• Independent problem solver passionate about customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles 2nd/3rd shifts.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring timely, accurate deliveries.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse associates and drivers; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain health and safety standards and promote a positive on-site culture.
• Manage P&L for the site with the Regional Director; develop budgets.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Service, and Revenue.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across the site.
