Honda is seeking a business system expert to support North American GALC manufacturing line control across North American plants, ensuring robust, repeatable processes and value realization.

You will lead standardization efforts, collaborate with plant, IT and regional engineering teams, conduct testing and UAT, and help develop training programs while operating onsite with one remote day per week with prior approval.

Formación

• 3+ years in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Systems in automotive context.
• Experience with system strategy, standardization and diffusion.
• Knowledge of process engineering, business analysis, and project design.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and implementation of strategies to standardize GALC system across NA.
• Lead small projects with plant, IT, and engineering teams.
• Ensure system standards are documented and sustained at plants.
• Complete testing, verification, and documentation of changes, including UAT.
• Help develop and deliver a standard system training program.
