Honda is seeking a Technician to join our North America production and tooling teams in Ohio. You will build, install, and complete system maturation for production equipment and support new model tooling across plants.

You will help transfer technology from development to production and provide production support for manufacturing issues. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum Experience: 2 Years of Related Experience in electrical field or qualifying degree.
• Maintenance program, electrical automation experience, project leadership/planning capability, written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures equipment and/or software is running properly for production by following standard procedures.
• Partners with a more experienced Technician to troubleshoot and repair tooling and leverage knowledge from training.
• Identifies potential for process and quality improvement and informs Supervisor; may participate in recommendations.
• Supports new model activity as assigned by project leader and/or Leadership.
• Participates in checks, tests, trials under supervision of more experienced Technicians and Leadership.
• Utilizes assistance of other Technicians assigned to the job, as appropriate.
