American Honda Motor Company, Inc. seeks a Sr. CAE Software & System Design Engineer II to lead CAE tool portfolio, HPC, and cloud-based testing solutions across NA and global teams.

The role collaborates with product development, IT services, and outsourcing partners, defining roadmaps, budgets, and strategies while mentoring engineers.

Onsite with one remote day per week, strong communication and DevSecOps skills required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT required.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience.
Expert knowledge in at least two CAE disciplines (design, mechanical engineering, or CAE tools).
Working knowledge of at least two IT disciplines (OS/databases, programming, DevSecOps).
Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsabilités

Define CAE platform roadmaps and portfolio strategy.
Coordinate NA contributions to global CAE projects.
Develop budgets and resources for CAE initiatives.
Lead integrations between CAE tools and CAD/PLM/testing systems.
