Honda seeks a Supplier Process Sr. Engineer to drive supplier delivery and characteristic improvement with NA part suppliers. You will evaluate negative delivery, inventory, and production trends, and implement systemic countermeasures with cross-functional teams to meet Honda requirements.

You will perform deep analyses, engage supplier leadership, and guide corrective actions while balancing multiple projects with PDCA-driven continuous improvement; hybrid work arrangement supported.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 2–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; PDCA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support supplier improvement activities and track performance against targets.
• Analyze supplier production planning, results, and practices to propose improvements.
• Lead root-cause analysis with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers to meet project milestones and implement countermeasures.
• Provide guidance for corrective actions to prevent defect recurrence.
