American Honda Motor Company, Inc. in Ohio seeks a North America Senior Regional Reliability Engineer to develop and execute reliability strategies for local plants, ensuring the total cost of ownership is optimized.

You will analyze equipment, identify failure modes, define preventive maintenance plans, manage Maximo change requests, and collaborate with Production Engineering to improve asset performance; travel to plants as needed for training.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of technical/engineering work experience in Manufacturing.
• CRL or equivalent certification preferred (e.g., CMRP, CMRT, CAMA).
• Maximo, MS Office, understanding of Asset Management practices and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute reliability engineering and asset management strategies.
• Analyze equipment design to identify failure modes and define PM plans.
• Assess data to determine root causes and recommend improvements.
• Lead workshops to teach reliability processes and methods.
• Support budgeting and business planning for reliability efforts.
• Present proposals to ERS Committee for feedback and consensus.
