Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to support the Eastern Pennsylvania Region. The successful candidate will oversee construction projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements include a BSCE (preferred) with 10+ years of construction management experience, and PE or CCM certifications preferred. The role involves client relationship development, proposal writing, and managing project teams on PA projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction management on small and large projects
• Excellent communication skills for client relationship development and maintenance
• Proposal writing for technical and task proposals
• CMI personnel management and mentoring, team building and training

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management services for PA clients including PennDOT, PennDOT, SEPTA and local authorities
• Engage in contract and task management and ensure quality deliverables
• Marketing for pursuits and proposal development to win projects
• Mentor and manage project teams and subcontractors
