Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Preconstruction Manager to lead and deliver public-sector transportation and facilities projects across Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic.

This hands-on role partners with clients, design teams and contractors to manage scope, schedule, budget and procurement from planning through closeout. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure bid readiness, coordinate Division 00/01 procurement, and drive successful delivery while seeking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management, CM, design management, or preconstruction experience.
• Experience delivering building, facility or transportation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design/construction teams.
• Experience with procurement/bidding and construction-phase administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management for public-sector transportation and facility projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables and financial performance.
• Lead and support preconstruction and procurement activities.
• Coordinate bid package preparation, including Division 00 and Division 01 requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and ensure bid readiness.
• Support procurement and bidding activities, including bidder questions and addenda.
• Provide construction-phase management and administration.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change management and meetings.
• Collaborate with owners, contractors and design teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and delivery performance.
• Support development of scopes, fees and future opportunities.
