Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking a Construction Management – Construction Specialist in King of Prussia, PA. This full-time role supports transportation infrastructure and construction management projects for state and local clients across the MidAtlantic region.

The candidate will develop cost estimates, schedules, and constructability reviews, and provide guidance on value engineering, change orders, and project controls.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, construction engineering technology, construction management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of transportation construction management experience, including five years as a contractor or Owner’s representative.
• PE license in PA preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling software; advanced MS Office skills; familiarity with Bluebeam.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and procedures.
• Independent work capability and strong written/verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for site travel.
• Willingness for nights, overtime, and in-state travel.

Aufgaben

• Develop or evaluate cost estimates and CPM schedules across design phases.
• Produce detailed cost estimates for transportation, transit, and commercial construction.
• Maintain records for estimates, schedules, and constructability reviews.
• Provide estimating, scheduling, and constructability support for VE, change orders, risk, and project controls.
• Communicate findings and schedules to clients; observe site activities for contract compliance.
• Prepare daily reports, quantities, and testing documentation.
• Coordinate with the CMI team, utilities, railroads, and government agencies.
• Maintain communication with contractors, designers, and clients to progress deliverables.
