Bacardi Miami, FL is seeking an analytics-driven professional to provide forward-looking insights across the region. You will partner with Sales and distributor teams to review performance, optimize revenue and gross profit, and identify risks and opportunities.

Based in Miami, you will drive standardized analytics, engage customers, and lead performance reviews while influencing cross-functional partners to maximize value for the brand.

Qualifications

• Analytics, financial and pricing experience with commercial exposure.
• Ability to transform large data sets into actionable insights.
• Strong soft skills to influence, partner and lead across teams.

Responsabilités

• Execute proactive qualitative and quantitative commercial insights for the sales organization.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, S&OP, RO assessments, and inventory.
• Deliver strategic analysis to ensure brand value aligns with strategy using syndicated data.
• Apply frameworks to improve ROI of commercial investments and promotions with partners.
• Train field teams on reporting cadence, tools and data systems.
• Review coupons and scans budgets monthly with Commercial leads and vendors.
• Collaborate with Tech, Operations and Finance on planning and ad hoc needs.
• Support Anaplan usage to connect activity-based metrics to accounting data.
