Job summary

Urology Specialists of the Carolinas is seeking a Senior Regional Clinical Manager to lead a network of sites with focus on clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient experience. The role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and a proven ability to drive performance across multiple clinics.

Ideal candidate has RN licensure or healthcare administration degree, 5–7+ years of leadership experience in clinical settings, and demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in multi-site healthcare leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional performance and accountability across sites.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) license or degree in healthcare administration or related field required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Experience managing multi-site operations required
• Experience supervising and developing managers required.
• Experience overseeing clinical operations and driving performance improvement required.
• Experience with financial management, operational strategy, and organizational change preferred.
