Job summary

Urology Specialists of the Carolinas in Charlotte, NC seeks a Senior Regional Clinical Manager to lead a growing clinical team across multiple outpatient sites. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

You will oversee regional performance, develop managers, standardize operations, ensure quality and compliance, and partner with physicians to drive service excellence. Travel between clinic locations is required to meet regional needs.

Qualifications

• RN license or healthcare administration degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years leadership experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Experience supervising managers and driving performance improvement.
• Strong financial, operational, and change-management skills.
