Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable Business Banking relationships with sales size $2MM–$100MM and credits up to $25MM.
• Prospect new business and expand existing relationships.
• Meet with business owners to understand needs and negotiate pricing/fees.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver customer solutions.
• Maintain external referral network and manage portfolio reviews.
