This role emphasizes coaching Field Service Engineers, mentoring teams, identifying opportunities across the installed base, and collaborating with customers to improve system performance while traveling up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• Must possess High School diploma or GED.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in industrial automation with strong electrical knowledge, programming and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel more than 80% of the time across the United States, with occasional international travel.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with customers and teams.

Responsabilités

• Execute medium- to high-complexity service activities and provide lifecycle support for ABB DCS systems.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through clear communication of scope, timelines, risks, and resolutions.
• Identify service growth opportunities across the installed base by assessing system performance and modernization needs.
• Mentor Field Service Engineers and technicians, leading complex site activities and sharing advanced technical knowledge.
