You will mentor field service engineers, stay current with new technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional ABB teams to improve reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- 8+ years in industrial automation with electrical knowledge.
- Experience with DCS, SCADA, PLCs.
- Willing to travel 80% across the United States and occasional international travel.
- English proficiency required.
Responsibilities
- Execute medium- to high-complexity service activities on ABB DCS systems per guidelines.
- Drive customer satisfaction through clear communication of service scope, timelines, and risks.
- Identify service-growth opportunities by assessing system performance and lifecycle status with customers.
- Mentor Field Service Engineers and provide advanced technical support across ABB teams.
