Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Manager of Asset Protection & Safety for Global Fulfillment. The role leads AP&S across distribution centers, partnering with site leadership to mitigate risk and protect people and assets.

The role requires broad experience in safety, security, investigations, and risk management with travel between sites. In this leadership position, you will set regional priorities, drive program consistency, and align with network strategy.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in occupational health and safety, criminology, security management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant safety certifications and investigations training are assets or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP&S Managers across multiple sites, guiding site leaders through established cadences.
• Set regional AP&S priorities aligned to network strategy and risk trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement AP&S programs across the network.
• Oversee safety, security, asset protection, compliance, and emergency preparedness performance region-wide.
• Review incident and audit data to identify risks and opportunities requiring action.
• Provide direction during significant incidents, investigations, or crises.
