Job summary

lululemon Athletica Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Specialist, Asset Protection & Safety to lead safety, security, and compliance programs within Global Fulfillment AP&S.

You will act as Leader on Duty, coordinate investigations, deliver training, monitor metrics, and partner with Operations, Facilities, People & Culture to reduce risk and maintain a safe, secure workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Asset Protection, Safety, Security, or related fields.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, security ops, investigations, risk mitigation.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and incident reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily execution of Asset Protection and Safety programs.
• Lead on duty role; provide incident escalation guidance.
• Coach and develop AP&S team members and employees.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate injuries, near misses, theft, and security incidents.
• Implement corrective actions and risk-reduction activities.
• Create guidance and job aids to promote safe practices.
• Deliver safety, security, compliance, and emergency training.
• Support emergency drills and site response.
• Assist access control, CCTV, and incident reporting.
• Track safety and security metrics and trends.
• Partner with Operations, Facilities, and People & Culture to mitigate risk.
• Serve as SME for day-to-day AP&S questions.
