Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Specialist for its distribution centers. You will defend people, products, and assets through incident response, safety inspections, and risk mitigation activities. You will work across access points and the floor to protect operations and support security programs.

The role requires experience in safety, incident handling, and security systems, plus strong communication and documentation skills. Flexibility with shifts is needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Asset Protection, Safety, Security, Loss Prevention, Operations.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, security, incident response, and risk mitigation practices.
• Ability to obtain required safety training and certifications applicable to the role and jurisdiction.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, incident reporting systems, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Asset Protection and Safety programs and initiatives.
• Respond to safety, security, asset protection, and emergency incidents, taking appropriate action and escalating concerns as required.
• Conduct safety inspections, workplace observations, hazard assessments, facility security checks, and observational patrols to identify risks to people, product, property, and operations.
• Support physical security operations, including access control, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, alarm response, intrusion detection, and restricted-area access.
• Monitor and respond to safety, security, theft, and operational risks to help protect people, product, property, and company assets.
• Support safety, security, and asset protection investigations, including incident documentation, evidence gathering, and follow-up actions.
