Job summary

lululemon Athletica Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Protection & Safety for Global Fulfillment's Western Distribution Centres.

You will lead strategic and operational safety, security, and asset protection across multiple DC campuses, partnering with site leaders to set priorities and drive performance. You will oversee regional programs, manage budgets, and mentor AP&S managers while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Asset Protection, Safety, Security, Risk Management, Compliance, or Operations.
• Experience leading managers across multiple sites and remote teams.
• Experience overseeing safety, security, investigations, emergency response, or risk programs.
• Budgeting, workforce planning, and operational performance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety legislation across jurisdictions.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build crossfunctional partnerships.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience with safety certifications is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly between sites within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP&S Managers across multiple sites with guidance from site leaders.
• Establish regional AP&S priorities aligned to network strategy and jurisdiction requirements.
• Partner with leaders to identify risks and drive program execution across the network.
• Oversee safety, security, compliance, investigations, and emergency preparedness performance regionally.
• Review incident data to identify trends and improvement opportunities for regional action.
• Provide direction for significant incidents and crisis response activities.
• Ensure consistent AP&S program implementation across sites.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Facilities and others on complex risks and priorities.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for assigned operations.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and audit readiness across jurisdictions.
• Champion capability development and leadership across the function.
• Represent AP&S in leadership forums and drive program improvements.
