Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Protection & Safety for Global Fulfillment, Western Distribution Centres. You will lead AP&S across multiple sites, setting priorities, driving risk mitigation, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are upheld across regions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage staffing and budgets, and travel regularly between sites. This role includes a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Asset Protection, Safety, Security, Risk or related operations.
• Experience leading multi-site teams, including remote leadership.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety legislation across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP&S Managers across multiple sites with regional priorities.
• Set regional AP&S priorities aligned to network strategy and risk trends.
• Partner with leaders to identify emerging risks and drive program execution.
• Oversee safety, security, compliance, investigations, and emergency prep.
• Monitor data to identify gaps and escalate regional actions as needed.
• Support significant incidents and crisis response across the region.
