Job summary

lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Protection & Safety for Global Fulfillment in the Eastern Distribution Centres.

You will lead AP&S managers across multiple sites, setting regional priorities and ensuring safety, security, and compliance across the network. The role requires partnering with cross-functional leadership, driving risk mitigation, and managing budgets while traveling regularly to sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Asset Protection, Safety, Security, Risk Management, or Operations.
• Experience leading managers and multi-site teams, including remote leadership.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites, including cross-border.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP&S Managers across multiple sites, providing direction through site leaders and cadences.
• Establish regional AP&S priorities aligned to network strategy and jurisdiction requirements.
• Partner with AP&S Strategy & Operations, Infra & Tech, Investigations, and Operations leadership to drive program execution.
• Oversee safety, security, asset protection, compliance, and emergency preparedness performance.
• Review incident and audit data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide direction for significant incidents, investigations, and crisis response activities.
• Ensure consistent AP&S programs and operating procedures across sites.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, People & Culture, Facilities, and other stakeholders on risk priorities.
• Oversee AP&S staffing, workforce planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and audit readiness; champion capability development.
