lululemon seeks a Senior Manager of Asset Protection & Safety for Global Fulfillment, Eastern Distribution Centres. You will lead regional AP&S, partner with site leadership, and drive safety, security, and asset protection programs across multiple campuses.

You will oversee incident reviews, compliance, and emergency preparedness, while guiding staffing, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Legal, and People & Culture. This role requires travel between sites.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Asset Protection, Safety, Security, Risk Management, Compliance, or Operations.
• Experience leading managers and multi-level teams across multiple sites, including remote leadership.
• Experience overseeing safety, security, compliance, investigations, emergency response, or risk management programs.
• Experience managing budgets, workforce planning, and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety legislation and security operations across jurisdictions.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build crossfunctional partnerships.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Post-secondary education in related field or equivalent experience; relevant safety certifications are assets.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites within the region.

• Lead AP&S Managers across multiple sites and drive regional priorities.
• Establish regional AP&S priorities aligned to network strategy and risk trends.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement AP&S programs across the network.
• Oversee safety, security, compliance, and emergency preparedness performance regionally.
• Review incident and compliance data to identify risks and improvements.
• Provide direction during significant incidents, investigations, and crises.
• Ensure consistent AP&S program implementation across sites.
• Coordinate with Operations, Legal, and HR on complex risks and priorities.
• Oversee staffing, budget, and resource allocation in the region.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
