Job summary

International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Senior Caseworker to provide client-centered case management for refugees, trafficking victims, crime victims, and other vulnerable individuals.

You will conduct eligibility determinations, create service plans, educate clients, connect to community resources, and ensure timely, linguistically appropriate services while supporting data collection and donor reporting.

• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-cultural, multidisciplinary environment.
• Proven ability to work with partners, community and clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete eligibility screenings and enrollment paperwork.
• Assess needs and develop service plans for clients.
• Provide crisis information, safety planning and emotional support.
• Coordinate services across programs and partners to meet client needs.
• Track activities, compile data and draft donor reports.
