Job summary

Lennox International in Florida seeks a Sr. Sales Engineer to drive refrigeration product sales with key accounts, lead account teams, and mentor reps.

You will perform box load calculations, negotiate terms, and build long-term customer relationships while ensuring post-sale satisfaction and recurring business. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years related sales experience required.
• Expert abilities in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and time management.
• Knowledge of box load calculation and refrigeration equipment selection.
• Knowledge of principles for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
