Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 4 - Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems. You will handle complex technical issues, guide junior technicians, and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment for diverse clients.

The role requires high school or GED, Tech Skills level 4 with 80%+, and a valid EPA certificate, plus 3–5 years in HVAC/refrigeration. On-site work with opportunities for ongoing education and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent with trade/technical classes.
• Tech Skills level 4 with 80% or better.
• Valid EPA certificate.
• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair and overhaul refrigeration equipment including compressors and pumps.
• Test malfunctioning systems using electrical or mechanical skills.
• Provide preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment issues.
• Guide junior technicians and maintain accurate service records.
