Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 4 - Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems for commercial or industrial clients. You will handle complex issues, guide junior technicians, and ensure safe, efficient operation across varied sites.

The role requires 3-5 years of HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. Work involves lifting, safety training, and collaboration with a large team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical fields.
• Pass tech skills level 4 with 80% or better.
• EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and overhaul equipment such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control devices.
• Test malfunctioning systems and components with electrical/mechanical methods.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment inefficiencies.
• Support start-ups of new installations and follow safety procedures.
