Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 4 - Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems for a diverse client base. You will handle complex issues, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safe, efficient operation across site installations.

The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. Strong knowledge of rack systems, defrost circuits, and safety practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Education / Training: High school diploma or GED, equivalent work experience and trade or technical school classes.
• Valid EPA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems for commercial/industrial clients.
• Report to work on schedule and complete tasks safely.
• Repair and overhaul equipment like compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical components.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose malfunctions.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
