Job summary

Qualifications

• HVACR focus with proven product solutions sales experience.
• Strong customer relationships and ability to drive Commercial equipment solutions.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of time and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Call on refrigeration wholesale customers, OEMs, contractors and engineers regularly.
• Develop, meet, and exceed annual sales forecasts.
• Promote, sell, train on programs and support new product introductions.
• Identify market opportunities and win opportunities with distributors.
• Act as trusted advisor and assist with submittals and value prop.
• Run BTU calculations and select equipment for applications.
• Deliver technical presentations and train events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
