Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician in Pittsburgh to support and oversee repair of refrigeration systems across Walmart facilities. The role uses commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills with various hand and power tools.

You will respond to calls, document work, and ensure safety and EPA compliance. The position requires 10 years in commercial Refrigeration HVAC, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass MVR.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and tools.
• Use the work order system to receive repairs and document activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights frequently.
