Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems in our local retail stores. You will work with the Refrigeration HVAC team using commercial tools to complete jobs and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale rack refrigeration, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license, along with strong problem solving and safety adherence to keep

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with large-scale rack refrigeration systems.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification (Type I/II or universal).
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Use work orders to document repair activities for Stores and associates.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect and test facilities to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training and follow policy guidelines.
• Operate safely under OSHA and EPA regulations.
