Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair within Walmart facilities Refrigeration HVAC equipment. You will use commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills with hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

The role requires 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA Type I/II certification, a valid driver's license, and a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver's license with clean MVR.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using HVAC skills and tools.
• Use the work order system to manage repair Work Orders and document activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment safely.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations per Walmart safety policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights frequently.
