Job summary

Walmart in Winnemucca, NV is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of refrigeration systems across Walmart facilities. You will apply commercial HVAC and refrigeration expertise using hand and power tools to complete jobs and ensure uptime.

The role requires extensive experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. You will work with the stores team to handle repairs, respond to emergencies, and maintain safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA refrigeration certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR and age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using tools.
• Receive repair Work Orders and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities/equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines and Walmart policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights frequently.
