CoolSys is seeking an experienced Service Tech 5 - Refrigeration to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems across varied client sites. You will guide junior technicians and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and trade/technical school training.
• Pass Tech Skills level 5 with 80% or better.
• Valid EPA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Report to work in a timely manner as scheduled by supervisor.
• Repair and overhaul compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices.
• Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and/or mechanical skills.
• Maintain legible corporate and personal records of work history.
• Provide general repair work on refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Startups of new installations and related tasks.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
